Kepong don hav many high rise, 80-90% are landed so for sure u got unblock view for this project. Apa-apa view also may can see, DPC view, KLCC view, Bukit Melawati View, Batu cave View, mont kiara view....

Their package is very attractive. After all those discount and rebate to own a unit just need 5k ++ less than 6k. Further the 5k booking developer is not bank in, after u choose the unit u hav few ways to do payment. Take back ur booking and pay with easy payment zero interest by credit card or Settle the balance in certain period.

The most important with recently scheme by gov those unit below 500k can get 30k for gov free. I think it really worth to buy together with the free 30k from gov. The 30k is siape cepat dia dapat. It limited those can get unit price below 500k cepat cepat minta 30 from gov oh. This is limited.

All the statement the made in this project is actually same as wat they did in other project as I listed out one by one. Bukit jalil, ampang, Setapak, semenyih and cheras. Jamed crowded High dense price too high. Public transport won make it coz typical mentality of Malaysia love to drive. So as they said u buy any project in KL u are stupid. Ap I'm wonder where should KL people buy his house? Isit The only to be smart is buy sub sale from those boses who act like experct in lowyat property. So does it so pity for KL people.
