You did not shut down properly. Probably you touch the start button too softly. Next time to switch off press the button in slightly harder. You will never face such fan still running issue
My wife's Preve CFE is 2+ years old n till today never had any issues with engine such as reversing engine sudden stop, loud whining noise, helicopter sounds during hard braking. Only issue was slight creaking sound at back seat in first few days n was quickly rectified at service center within an hour
We don't drive our cars hard n always within speed limits

Turbo engine will keep running the fan for a while after switch off to cool down engine. Myvi dont have turbo so it dont have this characteristic.

point no.3 seem a bit abnormal. perhaps you can make video and post it here 

Just followed my instructions and you won't faced such issues again. I did experience these before few times when I was using the car in its first few months. But your issue#3 is new to me

I have same problems like yours.

But mine is shorter, probably awhile then tak. Hissing depends. Kadang kadang ada, kadang kadang tarak. I also assume it is alternator or something...

do the current preve's come with the updated head unit ?

Fan on - normal
Hissing sound - electric water pump to cool the turbo - normal. Yes there is an extra water pump used to cool down the turbo after you turn off the engine. That's why Preve does not come with turbo timer as standard. Unless you mod the turbo, there is no need for a turbo timer in stock Preve
Tak/Toing - expansion & contraction of the catalytic converter. Normal.

Another normal thing: burning smell in new cars. That's the burning of leftover oil/grease being burnt due to normal car operation. They will go away after a few thousand km.

I cant seem to find a proper answer anywhere

sounds really a lot different.. yeah, of course in our preve cruising at 90~100km/h, mainly noise are from tyres.. so P3ST is a good choice? i check in michelin my website around rm430 each.. i plan to look one of the dealer in my place which is my friend's dad shop.. my preve almost 1 year.. mileage for champiro is 20k.. planning to switch it..

previous car i have in family mostly is falken and hanhook.. not very quiet.. falken starting very good.. after some mileage, noise back as well.. so P3ST is the best in quietness?

Just got my preve yesterday,
Problems

1. Rattling sound (sounds like mounting problem)
2.Blaupunkt HU micro sim slot does not detect the micro sin card (navigation does not work)
3 LH speaker sounds more louder than the rest

Really hope proton can solve all these issues...
Furthermore its a May 2015 model
