Are there many ex Setia staff KPKB here? While they not even mention where they are staying?

Bro, u shall come KL more often, see how some popular mall prosperous, but Commercial Shop really need X factor to success

This is not Singapore, average family spending power is not as Good, timing to start Commercial is crucial, than just what we think

Just me, even Arcadia inside ParkCity I also doubt, expecially nowadays many Good main road fronting shop @ KL are vacant

Timing to start Commercial & tenant list are crucial, neither must have Commercial nor Atas tenants, always come to basic demand & supply theory
