I have finally collected the keys for Liu Li Garden and Lepironia Garden.
Workmanship wise I would say above average however notice that some leakage from ceiling and tiling works is horrible.
Tiles are not properly installed which ends up one piece slightly up / down than the one next to it.
Complaint to SPS and they said they will look into this. Also, the turf given inside the unit is really bad compare to turf given in Liu Li Garden.
So yellowish, segregated and poorly done. Car porch area - poor design of the roof making car porch totally wet when rain and cant even leave the shoes outside.
Still plenty to be improved by SEG but two thumbs up for their good coordination and after sales service.

Problem resolved - I know how to slap them to rectify the problem both technical n contractually.

Liu Li Gardens have no such issues. Could be due to different contractors. So far my defect works were good. All tiles and painting etc done within short periods. Just be patient, SP's will help one. Perhaps Soros boss talked to wrong person. Get a competent mgr there to talk, result can be totally different. Bring the customer care mgr there together...talk to more ppls there and build repo , it will help to resolve things 10 times faster. Not just now, you will realise it for next 12mths whenever u face problems. Sometimes, one bad apple may not represent the whole company.

Someone is posting water patches in the garden after a heavy downfall.....

How can overall quality above average like that???? These are just some imperfection that made public. I am sure there are tons other that seg buyers rather keep to themselves.

Bean boss, u never even seen the product and u questioned the owner may not be so fair. Lol. It is above average at least for my unit. Many of my friends have visited my unit and all gave thumbs up. Some also commented that it is better than previous SPS project in Setia Alam n Setia Ecopark which was done by Tan Sri Liew's era.

It is norm to have units done by certain workers or contractors to be sub-standard. Very common to any new VP properties. They changed many of my chip tiles within few days.  Developer surely ll help as subcontractor is the one to fix it and not developer. Owner just need to talk right person. Talk to forumers will not help . Soros boss could few of the victims by talking to the wrong site managers. Keep cool.

I got more than 20 pieces of sharp edge tiles with lippage between 0.7mm - 0.9mm spreading all around my dmall living dining area. Besides lippage, misalignment of tiles gap, inconsistent of tile gap, some gap with grout and some don't have at all. Too be honest I think even a low cost flat also has a better tiling workmanship than this premium price tag semi d.
Can they not to rectify? Of course they can cause it's still less than 1mm but is this really the final product they want to give in this premium unit? Questionable.

On the divider between SEG and Taman Tasik Cyberjaya, they will build a man made beach for the island residents. Called Sunshine ... something.

Didn't see any space allocated for commercial within the 8 island parcel.
Hence, I don't think there will be any commercial activities in the island parcels.
Doesn't make sense to have any as they already started to fence up the area.

Anyway, will confirm on my next visit.

I believe this is exclusive to islanders. When SPS selling the Lepironia Graden in 2013, they promised to enable mainlanders to access via overhead bridge or tunnel. My best friend trust this promise and bought a unit there. I dont see anything now, anyway since this is just a verbal promise he couldnt sue SPS. Lesson learnt is dont trust SPS, put all in black and white. SPS is now more profit driven company than previously buyers satisfaction when Tan Sri Liew was there.

Am so suprised hasnt heard of much complain about the workmanship of Liu Li..the external wall is totally unacceptable 😡😡😡!!! is worst than Lepironia..so uneven & totally not smooth at all..just try to drive from one end to another..looking at the uneven surface of each letter box block is good enough to turn u off!!!

Anyone has the same feeling? If not..u shud pay a visit to Lepironia..the workmanship for external wall of Lepironia is already considered so so by lots of tai kor here..if they get to see Liu Li..guess they will vomit & faint right away!
