it is expensive and not too many choices before 2012. Since then many projects launched and most of them should deliver in a year or 2. PRIMA also coming in now so population should grow.

I owe a condo unit too in cyber which delivered last year. a year later its 80% occupancy rate now, out of total 600units.

People willing to stay given the right type of project and price.

Hey I saw 1 of the Western Heritage unit has covered up the center courtyard during construction. 1st floor courtyard become nice space with good sunlight, it is accessible through a glass door. Can become a nice small garden.

Question is, how did the owner negotiate with developer to change the floor plan and design ? I would like to do so too.

So far I ask around is:
Polycarbonate 3mm tickness - Ard 5 k.
Glass - close to 10 k.

But I'm still checking around for alternative way. Anyway, i believe half of the courtyard roof with see thru material for sunlight is bright enuf lar..
I heard nowadays zink roof got another type that is attach with PU form to isolate heat and noise ( PU deck ). And heard it's cheaper than polycarbonate too. Anyone can advice..... Thanks.

Went there to see the flood around 6pm. Didn't see anything though. Should be drainage issue. Mgmt better fit it asap. In fact it is not flood actually..less that 5cm depth lol in the pic and nothing was flooded in the photo including gazebo. See probably. Ha. What basis to shoot kaw kaw. Just fix the drainage ll do. Usual la newly vped. Macam macam.

Can foresee going to be a lot of wedding photographer going around to take pics in SEG

Thats sort of expected with a very low sound barrier wall at that area. Any chance of requesting sps to elevate it futher? I know this is quite subjective but how noisy was it? Unacceptable at all?

This will make the islands unit more premium, classy and exclusive.
Ppl that drive / passed through SEG can only admire from outside but can't really enjoy inside
   

The perimeter fencing around Western Heritage should be temporary. Eastern and Western heritage expected to VP next year Sep, so it is for safety reason to fence it up.
