QUOTE(nabelon @ Mar 19 2021, 11:07 PM) Isle of Botanica supposed to be VPed mid this year - may be will be pushed to early next year - as COVID 19 Relief Act has given 9 months relief (from 18 March 2020 to 31 December 2020). This period won’t be calculated in completion period, so developer do not need to pay LAD if VP delayed for this duration. If this the case, most probably the delivery of ROT too will be delayed. |

Just saw that they removed the hoarding on one side of the road already from the roundabout. If this the case, most probably the delivery of ROT too will be delayed. |

Hi would like to ask anyone currently living in IOK, I'm about to sign SPA soon for IOK, but the water pressure at all taps seems too low for normal use. SA said there's pump installed but because the new units does not have electricity connected so the pump is not working. Is this true?
Also I don't mind installing a pump at my own cost, but some condos, can't install pump at the main pipe to individual units, can only install heater with pump at shower. That means water pressure is still low at all other taps in the house other than shower. Can anyone currently living in IOK clarify this? |

SA said there's pump installed but because the new units does not have electricity connected so the pump is not working. Is this true? The pump is already installed. Just switch on the pump and all taps will have good water pressure. The SA can show you which switch is for the water pump. Also I don't mind installing a pump at my own cost, but some condos, can't install pump at the main pipe to individual units, can only install heater with pump at shower. That means water pressure is still low at all other taps in the house other than shower. Can anyone currently living in IOK clarify this? |
