Base on prior offer, just calculating from what was said here about the promo since I didnt revisit the sales office, new promo got around extra rm3k more discount. Maybe time I go kecoh the sales office.
But sps quiet lcly, u can put sticker, if in 3 months yr loan not kaudim they will send u termination letter and refund check letter.

I also know some developers blocked bumi lots, some blocked 'directors units' reserved for his buddies and some purposedly blocked certain preferred units then open for sale at higher price at later stage.....
we called this 'sticker game'.

how much does it cost monthly if you to drive and park at Putrajaya Sentral and take ERL to KL Sentral ?
See if the management dare to tear down the unapproved portion of the house or just slap the owner's palm twice and forfeited his reno deposit only....
I can see that rainbow village is coming if the latter is exercised.

Easy lah...what the owner applied for reno he diverted from the original w the intention of defaulting the order and willing to forfeit the deposit.
Happened all the times in individual titled home...but guarded and come w dmc...

My area with DMC people also do the same thing. And management can not do much too.
Called the management. They allowed for 3 types of extension. If I hear it correctly, the roof must be 3 feet from the fence and column 5 feet from the fence. Please double check on this.
I thought under strata title cannot do extension?

I mentioned this to the defects team member to get his advise on the proper channel to raise this and he said he'll raise with management first and advice me on next steps. I was told that SPS staff also feel the inconvenience.
Because there is not much traffic now. So you will feel its inconvenient.
Once traffic build up the current set up makes sense as it ensures traffic does not come to a standstill.
There will be less vehicle stopping to make a right turn or u turn. Those coming out from home also have to make a left turn instead of waiting at the junction to make a right turn.
