If the renovation is not approved, i doubt the renovations works can start. Can bypass the guardhouse meh with all the materials and workers.

for isle of kamares, should be storage water heater. Stated in brochure if i am not mistaken.

Only the powder room will not have water heater. Only instant water heater point given.

Because there is not much traffic now. So you will feel its inconvenient.

Once traffic build up the current set up makes sense as it ensures traffic does not come to a standstill.

There will be less vehicle stopping to make a right turn or u turn. Those coming out from home also have to make a left turn instead of waiting at the junction to make a right turn.
