Yup 18 & 20 has the best view. Thats why block 20 almost sold out.

After that follow by 9-15 with the garden view.

These blocks has the same orientation as well.

16+2 for new buyers.

If your info is correct than the current package is more or less the same as before depending on the unit price.

Referral fee is 1% so I assume existing SPS buyers is the same.
