U do know this one is a way smaller than previous one without any landscape no garden no fountain, Sand brick, no solar panel, rain water harvesting , normal window, normal door, electric points less, and the list goes on. It's a PR1MA of SEG. it's like why in USJ u can own a 3million plus house 100 meters away from another house of yours at 600k. My USJ 5 one is 4 to 5 times more to another one of mine across the road. It's different segment just like how seg u have 3.5m bungalows and rumah mudah at 700k

Maybe setia just realised that what sold is not large home w min rooms and fancy streetscape and landscape in cyber, but instead no frill home at much cheaper price.

no need to be so condescending to look down at rumah prima.....and i doubt at 700k+ pricetag, u can even term it as such...

I just said prima is as good as seg, how is that condescending. It's good value for its price. In fact I think it's a good buy for investment

my opinion it will target more affordable range. but location wise to me SEG is better. but lets wait for more details

IMHO, ROT, IOB, IOF & GOW is the best locations. Looking forward for GOW. I Hope it would be more towards high ends.

Maybe i missed something in usj...
The 3mil you mentioned above was it linked house???? Where ppposite it is also linked house at 600k???
Or both are bungalows??? 3mil bungalow on one side and 600k bungalow 100ntr away???

Who compared 3.5mil bungalow with this rot phase of 5xxk up home????

To be fair I got what he meant , he was saying different segment like bungalow vs terrace in usj. Just as rot budget vs higher end phases semi n bungalow. Not saying rot is bungalow. Although its gross exaggeration
Anyway rot starts at 670k for few units at bad locations. Not 500k.

there is no good units at ROT, period....bcos from the way you guys described ROT, its a Pr1ma on landed.

when comparing something its always good to start the base of comparison on the same foot...….granded not all landed at same sizes bcos developers don't want you to compare...….apple to apple.

there is no denying that SEG link landed prices have dropped, if not increasing over the years......but you guys still want to protect this til the end.....

if a property price is not improving over the year, in real time its deprecating.....

Yes, it’s depreciating, happy? Nothing but contempt. In fact, I don’t understand your existence here. It’s as if your sole purpose is to bring SEG down and to certain extent, cyber. I know you admire Eco Park and Eco Ardence a lot but there’s no need to speak so negatively. Only investors will buy and wait for it to appreciate and then make profit out of it. But those people who bought are mainly for own stay. It’s not like they don’t know the situation in cyber given your bad mouth since the beginning of this thread. Guess what? They still buy coz they just wanted a place to call home. Don’t be so contemptuous lah.

I admire sep and ea but i dun go there to sing praise songs or defend every single negative posts there....

All properties are investment in nature. Dont tell me you will sell yr seg at purchase price when u decided to move on...?

I knOw few owners stuck at seg bcos they cant sell....

You guys have to admit that seg is losing its shine by days...
But dun worry.....all are for ownstay.....no problem.
