Ya as homestay , who and why care so much about returns ? Just only paper gain or loss ? 15% return for 2 years ..sounds like a miracle to me .. ..

I bought a stock ( share )  at 15sen , sold some and keep some and hold for about 4 years, now traded low at rm 1.26, to me it is just pure luck, nothing to shout about..no need to go round n round to challenge any other investors ....

Not every  asset class must compete for higher returns..some can be of lower risks..according to one own risk profile ..

Learn to respect other investors as well..

Respect is mutual, it was cbj lovers started and continuing name calling and what not.

Those bought penny stocks tend to be high risks taker.
Those blinded by greed have tunnel vision. There is difference between investment and speculation. As a economic student, I only active where data show price is unsustainable and speculative e.g gold, btc, kv poorperly, o&g stocks, etc. Those encountered me regularly mean he is a opportunistic speculator.

The herd always ignored economic fundamentals. Long term economic equilibrium always prevail.

Well, in Hk term, everyone buys a property is deemed to be a speculator ( in Chinese term )

In any investment be it stocks, property, commodities, buy when blood is knee deep on the street. As property is illiquid, price will take years to bottom.
Unless one is higher than mount Everest, there is always another higher mountain. Only jaguh kampung find his hill is the highest in the world.
Historically, residence price rise at about inflation rate in the long term, is not the best investment available. Many invested in poorperly because of greed and leverage from poorperly bullrun and easy credit 2012-2014.
