As mentioned before, the address is premium. For the same reason why semi-ds with bad fengshui like those facing junction were sold in Eco Park. Also the same reason why people don’t mind the power line in the vicinity of Eco Ardence.

Bad fengshui is one thing. Affordability is another. Don’t mix them up.
