Knew some buyers of SEG. Some very happy with the china main con and some are not. Depends. Having said that, anyone heard of no complain n no kpkb on the developer delivery nowadays? Very very rare.

Looking good. Sps seems like still trying their best to do the landscape surrounding ecoglades.. the roundabout etc. Once the interchange opened.. ppls ll appreciate more on this development as they need to passby this nice environment everyday. Haha. Good job.

SEG still have plenty to offer in later phases. Once the whole islands are done and open up..it ll be much nicer bcoz now the roads only open up in one part of seg.
