The stretch from MCT or Lakepoint projects there make the road a bit messy before reaching seg.

The streetscape surrounding SEG is beautiful and at least par if not better than Desa Parkcity.

Heard mainly 2.5k to 3k. Those around 2.5k are roti kosong. Symphony hills some are fully furnished. SEG has 2xx units in two phases..now all VP. Phase 2 many owners to move in according to my source.

At least Ciber confirmed no longer ghost town...weekday n weekend also ada cars...mall also quite ok. Peaceful township.

No new launches since Kamares in Aug 2015.

Actually I don't want to see any commercial inside SEG.
I feel there are already alot of commercial shops/mall just outside SEG in Cyberjaya that can cater to the needs of the residents inside SEG.

I like the pure residential feel of the project, the landscape and low density feel.

Look at Lakefront by MCT just outside SEG. So dense and so many units.
I believe even if half occupied, the traffic around SEG is going to be very high and if you put commercial inside SEG, if it is a success, resident will suffer.

Just my 2 cents view.

Commercial supposed to be the outter part of seg..n should not affect much the development. Agreed that it is not necessary already as plenty of choices around. But just a small community retails are good too sometime..no need to drive far.

Currently, all islands will be under one co-JMB n need to maintain the lake in future. With this Island of Botanica sold to outsider like EW, surely it ll not be under same JMB so mean they dont need to maintain thr lake? Lol. Sure more works need to be done to settle all the issues.
