Yup, the water feature goes all the way from clubhouse till almost the end of the wall (next to the interchange). It's good that they keep their promises just like BIPV solar panels.

That's why they have so many repeat purchasers.

The water stream in the pictures are the same one and it's behind the clubhouse.

There's another stream which begins from house no.2 (type You Mei and parallel to the clubhouse) and running all the way along the same row of houses and ends just before the corner house near the interchange. This stream is still being worked as can be seen from the picture below.




Last I saw, they're making the pockets for plants, pasting the rocks as well as making mini waterfall on the streams. Good for you Mei owners who bought on this row.

We should be more worried about interest rate hike. That would be more damaging than any price hike. Thankfully, that's not in the picture....yet.

Nope, they have not started the stream for phase 2 yet.

Island is far from ready...they haven't even laid tar on the access road much less complete the gardens. Impossible for your friend to have received VP letter.

They have already send out letters for VP for Liu Li. I believe it should be in progress for the rest of Liu Li as well as Lepironia East. And yes, the VP comes with CCC. Don't hope for LAD when it comes to SP Setia.

As far as I can see, they're still putting the finishing touches to the common facilities as well as both the the Liu Li and Orchard Garden. Even the swimming pool is not filled up yet.

But then, even if already VP...how many can collect the keys? Essentially, they still have time to complete everything before even the keys are delivered. And even if they continue to work on the common facilities after the keys are handed over, it's arguable that there's a case of late delivery...

One thing is for sure. They have been given the CCC.

Nothing looks totally like the original bro. Their first launch video shows nice and unique bridges for all the islands. Thus far, the first island's bridge looks quite plain.

You don't actually need to do much. Just wait until your bank pays, which you can check online (if you had already linked your loan ac to your online banking ac), then follow the steps in the letter "Easy steps for key collection". If you want to be doubly sure that everything is in order before you make your appointment, just called the CRC (Credit Control) hotline as given in the letter.
