If mainland owners come in, then i guess they have to share the cost, use or don't use 

But during your visit, did you see any individual fencing of the island unit.
I mean is Charms of Nusantara has it's own fencing around it's parcel?
The fencing i mean is separate from the 4km walkway fencing. A fence for it's own self only.

Hi there. I've recently viewed some units at SETIA Eco glades and I've fallen in love with the area. I'm currently looking at either Yu Mei or Samaya. Hang xi is out of the picture because of the strange open concept bathrooms in the 2 rooms upstairs. It's the first time I've seen toilets that aren't walled up and eating largely into the room's space.

I love the amount of light that comes into the Yu Mei units, but someone please correct me if I'm mistaken- the units are linked and each one is the same layout as the next-- meaning the master bedroom wall where I'm supposed to put the bed is the next door neighbor's toilet. Is this right? Is there a renovation idea to fix this? What are most owners doing for their units?
