a friend of mine have this mobo also..he said it doesnt have auto reset CMOS isnt it?
whenever u fail to OC, u need to reset CMOS manually rite?

but still better than my mobo, ur mobo support vdimm higher than mine

u must start with everything on stock..then u change the divider to 400..then u push ur fsb slowly..by the time it cant boot when u increase the fsb, u raise ur vcore step by step, untill u can boot,..do this till u find ur cpu limit..then after u found it, play with ur ram afterward..change the divider and set the timing, the vdimm, blablabla

bro,driver missing is normal when u OC falsely...that shows that u need to up ur vcore,when blue screen with blablabla means ur vdimm or ur ram timing and speed is wrong

ok,syazwanreno, here is what u ask for

Voltage / Effect
1) CPU v = PROC

2) Memory v = RAM

3) HT v = normally dont have to increase the hyper transport

4) NB/SB v = dont have to touch its for your southbridge and northbridge

bout the ss...
usually only touch the ht link frequency..u may need to lower the frequency@multiplier to OC..after found the rite spot of ur cpu, later u oc the HT link...1200 is ok..but some board like mine can achieve 1600 easily..to be on the safe side, keep it below 1000 while OCing

eventhough there arent any significant improvement, u may feel the diff whe n benchmarking and play games

u can increase to 1.40 or 1.5,as long as ur temp is under control

ok..for me,tis good enuf...but i dun know whether u can achieve 3ghz or not..mine b4 can reach 2.909ghz..

make ur ram timing to 400,increase ur vcore to 1.4,sure u can achieve 2.8 no sweat...later,try to increase ur fsb,adn check ur sysytem whether its stable or not, and if not stable, add vcore..make sure the temp is below 60(or touch the hsf),as brisby cannot read the temp correctly...
as u ss above,i think its because of ur vcore is not enuf

i dont think u need to increase ur ht volt..its for ur hyper transport..haa..make sure ur lower ur ht multiplier to 3x

hard to say..but here is my setting..
fsb 260x10.5= 2.73
ram divider,800=cpu/6
2.73ghz/6=455.7(ram speed=960)timing 5-4-4-12-21-2t at 2.1v(xms2 2gb cl5 ram)
ht link=1302..(260x5)

note=vcore 1.35,vdimm2.1

vcore depends on ur taste..if u dare to put more,as u can ensure that the temp is not too high,u can put as much as u can..but to be real stable at 2.8ghz, ull need 1.4vcore..(thats for my proc)mybe ur proc need lower vcore,theres some of them that can oc till 2.6~2.7 wif stock v core.this is where luck play its part

theres suppose to be the divider inside..google around,and read ur manual carefully...u should found it..

mybe or mobo will state different.
mine it shows the ht multiplier 1x 2x 3x 4x 5x
