If you don't wish to spend so much, I would recommend you to get the BEST VALUE(with LED backlite) ones 1st.
I think LED capable Mechanical Keyboards will suit you more since you're coming from Logitech G19 Keyboard.

The whole point of MKB = Customizable Keycaps, THE FEEL(Tactile or Linear), faster typing speed(confirmed by Linus Tech Tip), and ULTRA DURABILITY!
Some of them don't really offers many extra macro keys... MKB is usually using more standard layout and looks classy.
Moreover, it's better to get standard layout, so, in any case if you want to change or modify stuffs, it'll be easier. More compatibility.

dude acrylic keyboard is sexy Example are B.87 ,and Gon Nerd . if you really dont like plastic there is always aluminium example KMAC, LIGHTSAVER, and etc keyboard in the market.

Mkb is very addictive hobby. Once you step in, no turning back.

Acrylic doesn't represent all of polymeric materials or plastics in general.
I also don't like acrylic but I like other PC, ABS materials casing.

OCN MKB guide is not bad.
geekhack.org on the other hand is where I got poisoned.



This, me too prefer PC than acrylic.
Although I haven't had my hands on them, I like PC case looks more than acrylic.

hmm..is cm storm quickfire-i a good choice if compare to majetouch 2? the warranty cover LED? their price range was very near.

Ya, good if you like LED.
The limited warranty covers LED if under manufacturing defects like LED failed prematurely.
Warranty do not covers act of God, accident, water, fire, earthquakes etc.

If you don't like LED, then go for Filco.

In my pref, Filco still better than CM qfr-i.

hmm..i wan the yellow keycap but no stock at all... i can only find ninja/majetouch2 ori version now for brown switch.
wonder the pbt keycap price for TKL is around how much?

Keycaps always can get aftermart one, keyboards I don't think you might want to keep more than 2...
