actually sg long traffic not that bad compare to mahkota cheras...still able to enter grand saga highway in about 20 min during morning peak hour...

with this exit to silk, can reduce further the traffic flow as i belive those staying nearby bukit sg long area will use this as alternative road...

How come I feel exit from Sg Long is consuming more time instead of exit from BMC in order to access to Grand Saga Highway? Longer distance? Traffic congestion right after the toll?

Anyway, good news to have the access which may help to relax on the traffic condition in that area. But when is the completion date?

As you live in Seksyen 1 BMC, in term of distance definately closer to use BMC route.

Furthermore by using inner road pass by Mahkota Graden you actually escape part of the jam.

The access road to Silk is 95% completed, should be able to complete within 2 months I suppose.

with this approval, the u turn before twin palm will not be materialized..

This is two different matter, however Silk will never approve the u-turn before toll, it will affect his income.

I will move to Sg Long soon... this is also considered good news to me.

Depends on the traffic condition, I do used the access via Sg Long.

this new access road will help reduce the mahkota junction jam? i don't think so..

It is a great help to Sg Long folks rather than BMC.

It will ease the access to enter BMC via silk highway, we can foresee more sg long folks will choose to use new link to enter sg long instead of existing entrance.

BMC resident can use this link to, not everyone is going to kl, some go to balakong, serdang, puchong....

I think it will be indirectly help BMC residents. If more Sg Long folks using this new link, the existing access will be less congested. Some BMC folks might choose to use the current access then.

For me, I will most likely use the new link as entry rather then exit.
