LAKE Vista residents thought they had bought gated and guarded (G&G) property in Taman Tasik Prima, Puchong, but they have been told by the council that the guardhouse has to be torn down as it is illegal

According to the council representative, MPSJ did not receive any application for a G&G scheme hence the guardhouse is illegal.

Lake Vista Residents Association (RA) president Phillip Teh said the development was advertised as a “single entry gated and guarded precinct”.

“This is also stated in the deed of mutual covenants.

Many project which claimed by developer as g&g and even signed DMC it's doesn't mean have approved by council especially those fencing blocking middle of road . It's doesn't not complies bomba requirement and perancang requirement.
