Hi all, i got an interview on this Friday but i told the HR that I couldn't make it as i have booked my flight and will be arriving at night on that day. She told me she will inform the hiring manager and will get back to me and asking whether to use email or phone call to reach me.

Anybody had an experience that you still get a phone call back after rescheduling an interview? It's been two days already... i'm worried by the time i arrive in sg...

Yes you may , the suppose rule is to drive in and out within 24 hour and pay VEP like any other foreign vehicle , but this is still very grey not strictly enforce some drove part for days and weeks .

My advice never try your luck too long in SG the fines are quite heavy .

Firstly, the government need to control the influx of these ppl.

1) Start gathering friends. Join the LYN group here they will fix you up. Did not spend weekends in SG for a long time. Barred from flying recently and the weekend horde is really terrifying. Better off staying home and enjoy some movies or books.

2) Uni time - Zouk and St. James. Free drinks if you wear a skirt. Working - get an ang moh boss and you will be drinking free beer in every lunch and dinner meeting with his expat beer allowance. Family woman - hold home gatherings with friends and colleague. Cheap alcohol from DFS from oversea trips. Anything cheaper you have to do moonshine.
