It's very bad for your health in the long run that you need to get up at 3.30am and reach home at 9.30pm
It can be worse now since the increase in influx of Malaysians flooding the causeway.
Better off stay in Singapore and get a 2nd passive income to fund your rental and utilities.

If still subject to mortgage, its the bank to say yes or no. Most likely they will say no unless your mummy got big income to take loan buy over your property but you reimburse her at the back. Bank no accept "this my mummy I still pay the loan I want put her name for gift show I good boy but is to escape stamp duty kind of stuff." Normally tycoon will one time pay off the loan then do the transfer for their son daughter mother father and mistress. When do transfer then need do stamping, wah lao big sum money give gahmen give lawyer again.

Hello all sifu, recently I got my interview on singapore. The company offer my with basic salary SGD 900 + allowance SGD 100 + overtime SGD 300 + incentive, but now I working here I got around rm 1.8k salary. Do you all think it's worth working on there?

so i've decided to go ahead with the offer.. quite daunting when i think about leaving my comfort zone, friends, colleagues, work, where i'm living... is it even normal to feel like this

well my sister is there so its fine.. just that comfort zone of everything i've built socially i guess. but oh well i think the company has already started the ep application process. will see how it goes
