That might increase his chances a bit but it still won't be easy. Before I came to SG I lived 20mins drive away from my office in KL Bukit Jalil. To me anything more than an hour commute each way per day is a ridiculous waste of time. Unless you are big shot with chauffeur and can sit in the back doing work or other things then different story lah.
