If you have hard disk and want to recover the data due to hard disk failure, do let me know...If hdd data corrupt cause virus or accidentally delete or format also can recover..

Yes, i admit this is yet another recover your data service but hey if i cannot fix it no charges involve ok!! Except you have to bear the delivery charges (to an fro) yourself. If you stay around kemuning utama, better still no need delivery charge. We just meet up at Giant Kemuning Utama!

so the total charged to repair to recovery is RM100?
and as u mentioned "Only SUCCESSFULLY REPAIRED hdd will be charged.", so if the hardisk cannot be repair theres no charges at all?

repair is RM30 ...if u want to recover the data is RM100 ....

if cannot repair or recover no charges.

i have 2 hard disk (60 gb and 250gb) i think both power surged, is it possible to repair? when i plug in the power into the hard disk, the board heats up, but the hard disk does not run, i guess its burnt, short circuited somewhere, pm me for more info, my location is both in kl and malacca for the moment.

u mean the BIOS cannot detect? If BIOS cannot detect most probably it is HW faulty...we dont do HW based recovery...

n i have a 80g hdd..wat does it mean if i inset the hdd, the whole pc lags like hell n try formatin but cant??

it is possible but my advice is dont take chances not worth it..i always tell ppl the same thing...DATA is more precious then the HDD!!

for your 10 gb hdd..you need to let me know can detect by BIOS or not and got kluk kluk sound or not...

for you 80gb if insert to pc lag like hell is most probably you hdd problem...if your 80gb hdd got no kluk kluk or spinnig sound from it just lag..high chance can be repair...when u say try formating but can;t means what type of format:-

is it format c: command smile.gif

sometimes the format C: command might not be the best solution for your problem..

it is your BIOS problem..your BIOS is up to date or not? if not ttry flashing your BIOS..sometime older bios can;t detect large size hdd..

or try to repair (sw based) your hdd and see how..

my external 2.5" hdd has drop in a water, after open it up and dry it.
its can use perfectly, but afterfew day i use, the hdd suddenly cannot been detact.
after drying it again now whenever i plug in the external casing, its just blinking the light and has halft minute klick sound then its not detact my hddisk in windows.

but i try with my other 2.5" hdd, its no problem, thats mean my external casing has no problem.

how much for repairing it and backup some of my file? is it RM30?

my portable hdd spoilt earlier and thought that it cant b saved as it produced some weird sounds, but i decided to post to him to check for me.
he not only checked for me, he repaired for me and even did a data recovery for me. notworthy.gif

Hi expert, I got a SATA Seagate 80GB hard disk, when i plug into my cpu and the bios cant detect my hard disk, but my hard disk is running ( because i touch and fee it tongue.gif ), and i try in other pc, also same.

Is there a possible to repair it? If cant repair only do recovery? sad.gif

There are several tools out there can be used to fix hard drive such as atola, pc3000, salvation data and many more..

And the course is not cheap..sorry to say..many DR engineer in malaysia using software and not special tools to fix faulty drive. That's why..

And for those looking to fix <100 GB drive... the cost will be similar as you buy a new one.. example : if got pcb burnt, need to change the same/identical one..

How long do you take to repair hard drive? My seagate 320GB 7200.10 SATA can sometimes boot window sometimes not. Sometimes the RAID BIOS cant see it, so I have disconnected and took it out from casing for RMA but if you can check and repair would be great.

how how how? my 40gb toshiba have a double connector. when i connect it to the computer it recognizes it as in i can see the bubble popping out and and hear the sound of it connecting. and then it connects. but i cannot find it in my computer. i went to several computer shop and they say that it is internal problem and they cannot do anything about it. can somebody help me out here?

Seagate 250GB died today, making soft "clink-clink" sounds.
Cant detect and read/write to it (was using it as external drive)
I plugged into a desktop, BIOS can detect it with correct size.

Just got back my repaired HDD with all data recovered, all done within a span of a couple of days. I am truly impressed with the constant updating and also informative advice on taking care of HDD.

just got my hdd back from this guy last night.. really good service =).. explained to me what was going on with the hard disk. And apparently, the hdd has virus, and he was able to retrieve all the date that was deleted by the virus...

Bro, I am having problem with my Western Digital 300 GB hard disk.. When it is connected to laptop it makes the ting sound, like it is being detected.. However, two thing might happen at this stage..

1. It either says that the the device recognizable..

2. It is not detected at all in windows explorer. When it is disconnected, one of the driver icons appear for about 1/2 second and its gone..

I would appreciate it if you could help me out in retrieving some of data from this hard disk as it has high sentimental values and fond memories to me Please be kind to pm me your price quotation for your service..

Dear TS,

I have SATA 2.5' 500GB 5400 Toshiba in my laptop. The problem is my operating system will get stuck for 5 second in every minute. even if i type in microsoft office and watching video will stuck for 5 second in every minute. suspect as the HDD is the problem because already test my laptop with another HDD. The HDD still can hold, transfer, processing the data but will get stuck..

there is some question i wanted to ask...
there is a IDE hard disc of mine wanted a data recover plus transfering to an new hard disk... my doubt is.. this is not a hard disc that normal computer use and does not run on windows/linux/mac etc.. its for a car audio prepherials and softwares that is installed inside the car audio players.... i wonder if u can duplicate the hard disc to a new one so that we can use it for the audio player again....

the hard disc brand is Toshiba 2.5 hdd 30GB... its an IDE hard disc..

Just got back my HD after sending it in a few days ago. My data to recover was huge, few hundred Gigs. Very friendly and very informative. hi all due to my busy schedule i can only accept collection of hdd at kemuning utama giant.....pm me if interested..i do not charge for inspection or if i cant recover anything..so it does not make sense for me to drive around and collect the hdd to recover..i will lose on petrol money..hope u guys understand ...cheers..

Mine 2TB WD Green cannot detect by bios, problem maybe because it is accidently exposed to magnectic item (osim eye massage) in my closet. I can hear my hdd spin but after that (5 sec approx) it stop spinning for 2/3sec then it spin again, but still it can't be detect by bios.

In this case can you retrive back my data inside it without dismantle it since im afraid it will void my hdd warranty since my hdd still have 1 year warranty left.

Hello there, im looking to repair my WD Scorpio Black 500gb Hd. it stopped working all of a sudden and it was my laptop's hard drive. tons of data inside. Hello,

I have a 1TB WD Element external HDD that cannot be detected by MY COMPUTER.

It does have a detect sound when I plug it into my laptop. However MY COMPUTER doesn't detect it. Normally it will auto run. But not now. Lights blink for a while and just stayed ON and nothing happens. Mild vibrations are felt when I touched the HDD.

When unplug using SAFELY REMOVE HARDWARE, you can see the WD ELEMENTS.

Can it be repaired?

I have a friend helping me troubleshooting my hardisk and he said he tried regenerate the bad sector but he can read anything. Then, he tried using a software and the software read my hardisk as 2TB, but my hardisk only 500GB. Can it be repaired?

hey bro.. today, while i was connecting my old hdd (250gb PATA, IDE) hdd, smoke came out n i tink one of the chips have been burnt.. i dun tink anything else is faulty.. i have some files that i need to back up.. if u can PM me ur email add, i can actually take a pic and show u which chip is burnt. its not the major one where it has many legs.. also, i have few faulty hdd which i can just give it you for ur spare parts. maybe u can use those parts to change the faulty chip.

Last time, it use to turn on and work normally, afta i switched on today, the chip grew big and the hdd is not spinning. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hellfire...

My 320gb sata hdd hitachi make a clicking sound and can not be booted..in the bios also cannot be detected..and it appear PXE 41 media fail.... already connect the hdd to another laptop via sata to usb converter..still heard the clicking sound and cannot be detected in another laptop that i connect..

hi, my external hdd (Buffalo model HD-LBU3) made clicking sound like it is trying to boot but then after a while it stop trying. My Pc can momentarily detect some drive is connected to my pc but then unable to detect.

My Laptop Internal HDD just died completely.

Went to a few shops to get a quotation and mostly cost RM 2,000 and above. One famous shop even told me that the HDD pin broken... hence it is hardware recovery package..

I'm glad I found hellfire8888 on this forum... he share with me a lot about his experience and his input on my HDD and it is not pin broken..

He managed to recover all my crucial folders.. i'm deeply in debt with him..

His price is ridiculously lower than the RM 2.2k quote I obtained for my 640gb... in which surprises me! Will arrange time to buy you a meal..

Hi good morning,

I have an 1TB buffalo brand hard disk non functional. I have actually diagnostic the problem and found that the actuator is clicking or moving back and forth continuously.
Cant detect the hard disk also.

Can i know the recovery charges?
