how how how? my 40gb toshiba have a double connector. when i connect it to the computer it recognizes it as in i can see the bubble popping out and and hear the sound of it connecting. and then it connects. but i cannot find it in my computer. i went to several computer shop and they say that it is internal problem and they cannot do anything about it. can somebody help me out here?
