Bro, I am having problem with my Western Digital 300 GB hard disk.. When it is connected to laptop it makes the ting sound, like it is being detected.. However, two thing might happen at this stage..

1. It either says that the the device recognizable..

2. It is not detected at all in windows explorer. When it is disconnected, one of the driver icons appear for about 1/2 second and its gone..

I would appreciate it if you could help me out in retrieving some of data from this hard disk as it has high sentimental values and fond memories to me Please be kind to pm me your price quotation for your service..
