Tonight games is against Newcastle,Arsenal will be at home,if we don't grab a three points,it would be not a good thing,we are playing at home...

Hopefully it won't be like Malaysia lawan Vietnam, who host lost the game..

I hope we will continue with our form against Galatasaray. Start of brilliantly, kill off the game early, break the opponent's spirits. and most importantly, defend well under pressure.(FFS, I still cant get over how we were winning 4-0 against Newcastle and ended up drawing 4-4 and would have even lost the game if it continued, like a nightmare only)

This is a must win for us in order to not stray too far down the table from our precious 4th spot.

With our form this season, we can't rely on past performances. (Unrelated, but speaking of past performances, i really hate how Arsenal's official FB keeps posting our glorious days of early 2000s to sidestep the issues with our club; irritating.)

Furthermore, Newcastle is on fire, and don't forget, they broke Chelsea last week. So they will come to the Emirates with good form and good spirits. Plus they are the same points with us, 23. Whoever wins this will climb on top of the other.
Worrying thing is, Newcastle are quite a physical side with pretty good pace on the counter too which is always a problem for us.

But regardless, I somehow have a good feeling too abt the match later.

played against newcastle on fifa for a few times, the results are between winning big, losing big, or a boring 1-0 result.

we should aim to score early i think. welz and alexis should play on the flanks to help out gibbo and debuchy/bellerin. giroud/santi/AOC to control the middle with flamini making interceptions. good thing sissoko is out, he would bully our midfielders. not sure if tiote is available tho, newcastle's squad is pretty ravaged by injuries as well.

Article:

"Arsene Wenger has revealed that new boy Mathieu Debuchy had just one day to learn how to play in a new position before the upcoming game against Newcastle.

The Arsenal manager has said that his defender was given 24 hours to adjust to a centre back role and is expected to start in the new position today, even though the player, who usually plays as a full back, has never played there before.

Wenger said: "Debuchy has never played there, I asked him already. The solution I have to decide will not be ideal. It will be a gamble. But there is not a massive difference between right-back and centre-back.""

Just Wenger things. wub.gif
