In real life application there is really very little difference between those two chips.

Very true. Just a very small gap in numbers but in real life there is little to no difference.

Just to add, the One plan 128 (3GB) not entitled for the iPhone 6S Zerolution, so you're looking at 158 (5GB) minimum. That's RM100 (Phone Commitment) + RM20 (Zerolution Upgrade) + RM158 (Monthly Usage Commitment) = RM278.00 + 6% GST monthly.

Conclusion: Buy from Apple online.
