MNP is not applicable for pre-order.

depend on your remaining contract duration.
if 24 months contract term and remaining duration less than 4 months or 12 months contract term and remain contract duration less than 2 months you can still proceed to pre-order without early termination charge to current contract.

i dont think they offer contract extension this round. look like you are having 3monhts contract balance from a 12 months contract term. In order to enjoy waiver for early termination penalty for new device signup, you need to have not more than 4 months balance for a 2 years contract and 2 months for 1 year contract term.
