turbine works by exhaust gas as the driving power.. bigger engine have more exhaust gas.. u put big turbine in small engine mai lag lor... u put small turbine in big engine less lag lo.. put small turbine on very big engine mai turbine overboost kantoi lo .. (there is something call wastegate that will prevent overboost.. im juz cocking) .

No lag
No overboost

There's also a few more concepts to minimise the turbo lag as well.

Twin-scroll where you need equal length headers.
Variable Geometry (Currently only Diesel engines are using this tech like Triton's VNT)

Not just bang bang bang lol.

Or just supercharge so you get low to low mid end boost.

Something like that. The older Golf TSIs (MK6 I think) are twin-charged so it means supercharger + turbo.

Think all modern petrol cars which are turbocharged are using twin-scroll unless it's running super high boost then twin scroll not applicable for them usually.

Instead of asking what brand what types of force induction.. U should start from the basic if u really wan to learn. How it works. There are vw with single turbo. Non twin charge

hi, I'm planing to get a 2nd hand Inspira here. b4 that i need to know some common problem and FC about it. i love the look and they are great value. but my fren said it hv bad fc and under power compared to Civic and Altis. so i wanna know more about it 1st.

i'll do simple mod like add E-manage, change exhaust, rim+tyre etc. once i get the car(slowly 1 by 1 la hahaha~)

What if the car is totally stock with basic mod like R3 exhausts and small item?

Gear/clutch wise is it very nice to use? Not too cluncky or slushy

Handling wise is it possible to improve the stock setting with r3 stuff assuming i wanna retain warranty?

You mean manual gearbox oil only rite? I follow manual 40k wor, for CVT gb oil.
