personally, i'd use something like amsoil XL or signature series, then just change oil yearly.

the additives in it are proven (refer back my previous lab report )

For signature series, 48-50 ish/bottle, need 4.
only change yearly (or slightly longer than a year since so low mileage)
oil filter/labor only 1/year.

you change more often, filter/labor cost added, can actually be more expensive overall.

granted, ori iswara oil filters are only rm7.5-rm9 or so.
but hey, less trips to workshops, less oil drains...
