i still cant play. tried reinstall and redownload everything again still get the same error.

once i launch the game during the intro it will crash and show some ?????? crash error which i still cant find any solution to it.

i guess not fated to play this game.

but i cant install the directx downloaded from the web, it pops up dxerror.log and directx.log issue when i try to install

Tried Chinese version.. latency 200-300.. too high, cant enjoy at all. Uninstalled.. waiting for good feedback on latency improvement

No matter even if NA/EU B&S come out the ping you will be getting as SEA/OCEANIC will be f***ing horrible imagine playing B&S at 250-350 ms.

Those of us playing CN version getting 100-200 is already complaining.

Sorry mate you wont be playing/enjoying B&S PVP/Dungeon and their classes at its full potential.

I am someone who had all classes to max in CN and during its cap all their end game weapon.You can trust me regarding ping for classes in B&S.

are you running 32bit OS?

locate this file "Enable3GBMem_Vista_Win7_32bit.bat"
right-click on the file using the Run as administrator, and then restart the computer.

I think your last bet would be reinstalling the game, I read somewhere saying that players need to change the system locale before installing the client.

To those who wish to play Blade & Soul at low latency, I would definitely recommend playing in Taiwan server !
I'm getting 60+ ms in Taiwan Blade & Soul and 90+ ms in China Blade & Soul with Xunyou VIP, believe me that the 30+ ms difference is huge. It's almost like playing without any delay in Taiwan server WITHOUT ping booster !

guys question how to pick subserver i pick the ones you guys picked and it says character creation limited. use different server.. does the sub sever matter ? or all inter connected?

i can't create character too due to limited character creation on server and my chinese keyboard is also not working in game
