been playing NA server since launch. So far so good, but i feel a bit of a delay when executing skill. Izzit becoz i'm too low level still? i'm a level 21 FM.

The delay is caused by the ping. I'd recommend sticking to TW servers, especially if you want to PVP or go dungeons later on.

Izanami a bit problematic need install and everything.
Then got a few weird error and shit sometimes.

Most easy english patch is this just copy paste the xml file and you are good to go.

copy the file you download into

C:\Program Files (x86)\NCTaiwan\Blade & Soul\contents\Local\NCTAIWAN\CHINESET\data

So far playing Na .. not that bad for ping ...can try

personally playing cn server in the past, just recently try na and tw version.

what i can say is tw really have the best ping compare to cn while i use vpn last time. NA really sorry to say the ping is consider bad for this game, not others. this is due to with that ping u will unable to perform ani cancel skill to increase your dps that needed for high level dungeon. it can be play as normal in NA like click 1 skill and click the next skill, cast 1 by 1. but thats not the way to enjoy BNS for me, not sure for others. BNS special is it combat system, if cant enjoy it myself think BNS is not worth to play compare to other mmo.

1 thing i notice in tw server, the voice and words speak by npc is different with china 1. feel so strange for me as play for long time in cn for the past......

Yes and Yes its been mention by me and other people that play B&S as well.

To play this game you need real good ping there is no point on playing B&S if ur ping is bad. It is not your typical mouse click game.

You might as well invest ur time+money in other game if your ping is above 150-200.
