Supposed so, but specifically PATCO supplied parts.
Refer to attachment, it seems the oil cooler assembly is the culprit, not the hoses themselves.
Maybe a coincidence but if not mistaken, the hose burst is the problem here, the oil cooler is another thing in question.

2die4The stock hose has rubber lining inside, and it
supposedly soften when heated and that could prevent oil leak at the joint.
Problem it appears now, the oil hose expands over time and bursts earliest at 40k. Stock hoses are pre-formed so some corners are thinner than the rest.
YouDontKnowMyNameYou can do this to the oil cooler hose to prevent it from bursting... but not from leaks.
