I know couple of ppl that has a young family wanted to move to a house with more space (meaning corner or end lot). Is still comsider a good upgrade just additional of 120-15xK. EM, they already have their own park... Unless they wanted privacy.... For me, if i am a EM buyer most probably i wont even look at non-intermediate.

Consider ok for me for first 2 days. Stiff competition from SEH neighbour and honestly is been hot and taking most of the limelighht recently. At least is a good chance for own stayer to own 1. It is not necessary means EM is more beautiful ppl will hv to buy there... Some might not like the colonial style....

I don't think so..SEH is good township and I very confident this project will be a new success. Give this area 5 years I believe SEH can be a landmark project in seminyih town , like desa parkcity in kepong

If SP product suck then Setia alam won't selling at current price tag..

If SP brand name cannot trust then I think goodview even worst

If SP really that bad on workmanship n never rectify the problem there won't be so many follower investor

If SP is a joke then it can't be malaysia top developer

Don't talk bad on SEH just because u can't afford the price tag

With current price tag I can say SEH is very affordable...bravo to all SEH buyer rclxms.gif

SEH can be next desa parkcity maybe a bit exaggerated but this might happen In 7-10 years time

But if wanna be next setia alam I think in 5 years time is possible with current entry price tag..

I personally know few of my friend bought there as a retirement home

Where to find such good landed with this price tag..althought it might not suitable for everyone because the location not In city centre but definitely will have its target market

Both I differenc location n set for differenc market and yet u want to compare Apple to apple

One is high rise in town another 1 is landed ...I really hope SEH here people not laugh at u ...

Seh will successfully or not need Depand owner at least 40-50% stay there. All buyer must holding power strong , lelong a lot then sorry..

any incoming giant company going to setup a company there? or existing giant company there?

what support the growth of semenyih?
