Yalah. We all fake. You the most honest man in the world of property. Actually, if you not interested in SEH you dont need to come to the thread here and talk here. If your wish is to inform ppl that semenyih is ulu and SEH is siber far pls use other ways of communication. Maybe you can open a blog site so millions of ppl can read it.

I know couple of ppl that has a young family wanted to move to a house with more space (meaning corner or end lot). Is still comsider a good upgrade just additional of 120-15xK. EM, they already have their own park... Unless they wanted privacy.... For me, if i am a EM buyer most probably i wont even look at non-intermediate.

Consider ok for me for first 2 days. Stiff competition from SEH neighbour and honestly is been hot and taking most of the limelighht recently. At least is a good chance for own stayer to own 1. It is not necessary means EM is more beautiful ppl will hv to buy there... Some might not like the colonial style....

Mr. bear, I think many months ago I already told u that is a fact that ppl working in the city will take time to reach SEH during peak hours. Everyone knows and everyone buying here for own stay accepted that and I accepted it. Pls dont always go back comment on the travelling time la. Developers didnt lie abt the distance la... U know marketing or not? Dont tell me you want developers to advertise that during peak hours u want them to mention 1.5-2hours to reach? Ppl are not stupid when comes to buying 1. You think they nvr consider on distance? I accepted and others who brought accepted it. I am sick of listening on the same thing again and again. If you got new facts to share pls do so if not pls keep it to yourself already... FYI, precicnt 1 fencing is still not approved by MPKJ. Dunno what the Sp setia staffs are doing... They shld pressure MPKJ more since SPS already contributed so much to the public... 1 simple guard hse and fencing also cannot approved till now.

Jason kor, that is true. Many ppl left I guess coz not informative here anymore. Some ppl talk too much and unrelated to SEH at all. Waste ppl time to come in here.... Really disappointing...

TKJ, i will be attending the xmas event this weekend. I will make a formal complain to SEH. I demand from SPS to know whether the problem is MPKJ or is themselves. I am not sure Parc has been officially handover to MPKJ or not. I will make sure SP Setia will do something abt it!
