if i compare Semi D and Cluster Semi D (or those in Presinct 2 & 3), I believe SEH more worth it.
Can't imagine my maintenance fee and house price being used to maintain whole taman/area. Definitely only for the super rich. |

Your friend is stupid.
Why? Short sighted, never think of long term. With the current cases of house robbery, being able to sleep soundly at night is a luxury. With SEH, all will be guarded. However your friend just because of tiny 1-200 decided not to pay the maintenance fee at all. Hooray, his house will be first to be robbed and once cases appeared the value of whole street will go down. Oh why should he care? He's renting out. Boo. Who will want to rent a place with such bad record? In fact when I was looking to rent, I discounted all the areas not guarded and view only gated environment. How much extra it cost me? 100-200 a month. But I don't have to hold a hammer when I go to bed. Oh btw, I am praying hard your friend will be the first victim. Why? sometimes there's no way to teach this kind of person, they need to experience it and let them know themselves. |

QUOTE(samkps @ Dec 14 2014, 09:26 PM) Lol... As I say, put a notice in public area (such as SEH welcome center) to inform "his friend unit" is not paying any maintenance fees and is not under the surveillance of the guard, any "visit" is mostly welcomed.. I'll put it direct:By doing this, wondering anyone still "dare" to rent the house... House number "xx" did not pay any maintenance fee. As such it is not protected by the guards and will be ignored in any cases and circumstances. Should there be any interested parties to break in, you are welcomed to do so at the said house. All other houses are well protected. Regards, JMC, SEH Put a notice in newspaper is good too. |

zzz.
Go find out about Eco Park's security? I won't claim foolproof but it makes one like a fool if they try to break into any of the houses there. |
