went to see see EM, honestly for the same size in SEH, EM is about 30-45% extra cost, if I am right.

if i compare Semi D and Cluster Semi D (or those in Presinct 2 & 3), I believe SEH more worth it.
Can't imagine my maintenance fee and house price being used to maintain whole taman/area.
