I agree with you on this. The clustered semiD in EM just too small (i mean the land size). The smallest just 32x70. Compare to errana, if not mistaken it is 36x78. Price also expensive... Although cannot direct compare coz launching date different by at least 8-9mths... Still SEH more worth.

Jen, I do understand what you mean. Go vacation also needs to bring kids along. Wait till they reach teenager we all also old liao.... Best is enjoy before have kids

Choo kor, depends on what time wo. If no traffic jam it shld not take long. I make this assumption coz my house to cyberjaya is around 28-29KM and partly will use skve to go there. With lekas highway, i think it shld be must faster and I believe if drive 90-110kmh possible to reach in between 30-35mkns. in terms of distance it could be around 35-36KM from SEH to cyberjaya. Actually is all the way highway from SEH to cyberjaya.

GT kor, 50mins ok wo... I cheras go midvalley also need abt 50-60mins. Consider very good

And some ppl like the colonial design... Still SEH is better. It has everything u needed in precinct 2 & 3.

I guess must be put off by the price gua for bartonia and bellucia. Overall I quite like their layout... Only more expensive than begonia by 20-50K right?

sam kor, is during peak hour between 7:20-7:30am on weekdays. Reach midvalley in 50-60mins regardless of using tmn connaught or lokeyew (kl way) or use contra lane result still the same

What progress? The Lekas SEH is progressing well as reported by Sam kor. Houses also progressing well. Do check out SEH website for pic progesss (although only got 1 for each type). I wish they could include more... Maybe can feedback to SP Setia

No... Probably they will open it coz the link not only serve SEH residence but also semenyih ppl as well. If not June then probably July... It was reported in newspaper already

I did emailed to SEH team on this and as per update 2-3months+ ago no approval has been received from MPKJ yet for both fencing ans guard house. I was hoping SP Setia can get this done soon but seem like we only will know when nearing or during VP time. You may email to them or call them to check on the progress of this. As far as I am concern, we already have over 85% of ppl signed the paper for the guard house and fencing. If SP setia cant can this done we as residence will need to put pressure to MPKJ (especially after forming committee).

Sam kor, if they cant get this done I will definitely go shoot them.

No pay is ok but if got theif or robbers dont expect the guard to help or the rest who pay to help. Any problem call the police yourself. Really irresponsible!
