I've been staying in Cheras for MORE THAN 50 YEARS !!
Yet, I still bought a house in SEH !
Any problem on that ??
If you are talking about distance and jam, everywhere also jam (esp in the morning and evening)
I believe I've some authority to say about Cheras since I've been here for so long
Why I buy SEH ?
I believe in their concept, township, blah-blah and their name (I know long ago LKS would be leaving SPS, but still I'm firm they would deliver....esp SEH Phase 1)
I rest my case.......

Why still in Kajang? Why no go to stay somewhere nearer to KL or your working place?

i think SEH is good for a retirement home. nearer to nature you know.

as long as you don't need to be in a KL/PJ office by 8.30 am every morning i think SEH is a really good place 

you can enjoy your taichi and go broga town for breakfast every morning. 

Many people can make adjustment and adaptation. If a person so rigid like you, then can consider buy a house beside your office too. Personal preference mah...

In fact I read the SEH thread from V1 till now V11 and find that a lot of useful info and sharing of thoughts (in the past).  Notice also some active forummers / good contributors in this thread no longer active / have even disappeared...

So don't expect people staying in Mahkota Cheras, Sungai Long, Saujana Impian, Twin Palm, etc, can reach KL/PJ by 8.45am every morning?   

People in SEH can enjoy fresh air every morning before going to work, I bet your place only have fresh smoke everyday then..

if according to this kind of rigid thinking...for sure there be be no puchong, no setia alam, no sg long, no kota kemuning...because all damn far frm kl...

when these areas develop well, all these sinkalan will say "wah, good place o, not far frm kl, good good good"
