Lol.. if based on your statement, then nobody stay in Saujana Impian, Twin Palm, Mahkota cheras or Sungai Long liao.. Even come out from these area sometime also 15 minutes liao.. Also need to jam on the area you mention, no need work in KL or PJ liao.. 15 minutes from Lekas Semenyih toll I can assure you can sampai Sungai Long loh.. Toll rate berapa you no say meh? Lekas RM 1.10 + Sage RM 0.90 / RM 1.00, so about RM 2.00 per way mah, one nasi lemak + one teh ice also more than that already, though people not afford to pay meh?

Really panai TCSS hor, from Lekas Semenyih to Temiang/Seremban toll takes 15 minutes correct. But hor from this Temiang/Seremban toll to the Seremban central try to see takes how long lah, see need pass through how many traffic light lah, no to mention to Seremban 2 which is consider the "central" of seremban now..

The Parc is in trouble jor. Too crowded with visitors from nearby taman and not being maintained properly especially the toilet! I can smell the terrible toilet odour even from the playground itself! DSL purchasers shld suggest something to SEH jor, otherwise upon vp, u guys wont have the chance to enjoy a nice Parc but the irrelevant nearby residents!

the problem hor, is that those saujana twin palm mahkota etc is nearer than SEH wor. so hor, they are in front of the jam while you are behind lor. not to mention you need to travel a fair distance even before reaching the jam lor

in the first place i also didnt talk about central. i talk about entering only. travel time i also talk until enter phoenix which is just entering cheras.

want to talk central meh. how long only reach cheras wor. again. only cheras. not pj not kl.

p.s i wonder how many SEH buyers are now actually living in kajang/semenyih area

I know few of them seh and EM owner,u guess lor. Most of them work around there.

Lol, if I travel 15 minutes earlier than them, they will be behind loh, no? By the way, if you perception is like that, then still nobody will stay in Saujana impian, Mahkota Cheras or Sungai Long, coz better stay in Connaught or Len Sean, they are always the front mah, no?

Lol, enter only ah? Then from Lekas Semenyih to "enter" cheras Selangor (batu 11 toll for example) also very fast and much nearer to enter Seremban mah, no?
