Lol... I dun think anyone here will care what you think, just when you want to say something about Semenyih, please comment it with some proofs and not only TCSS mah...   

When developers see potential, they will come to develop, that's call development. The price we need to pay for development would be lost of nature, pollution and of course jam. Compare the current Puchong with that 10 years ago, then you will see these kind of development.. 

As i mention always, there will be 3 MRT stations in Kajang, and Semenyih resident can opt to use it, coz it is only 10 minutes drive.

   

Smart people can see the potential of Semenyih, only those rigid with biased thinking people still condamn Semenyih this and that...   

It's how to manage your time......
My wife is still working, very very near to KLCC
Yet she can reach office very early and reach home very early too
Not everyone working 9 to 5
But I do believe there are people who works 9 to 5 in KL/PJ, yet they stll bought a unit in SEH
It's a trade-off, you can't  win all the time.....you win some, you lose some !
I like SEH, perhaps it's their concept, it's the promise of deliverance, and perhaps the most important point to me is the greenery ! Others developers built a small garden with some milo ice running water, and then hoo-ha hoo-ha saying they have this beautiful taman, etc, etc
Whereas SPS (at least the previous SPS management) have delivered what they had promised before (see their previous projects...)
Why want to kakacaucau other's people thread (I'm not referring to you, ok ?), like I've always said.....make 100 friends definitely better than make 1 single enemy !
Perhaps, certain people can't afford to buy property at the moment......don't despair....work hard !
Who knows maybe 5 years or 10 years down the road you can afford a bungalow.....nobody know, right ?

May i know what are you trying to emphasize? Traffic during office hour? Or distance from SEH to KL?
I staying at Old klang road which is just 9Km from KL City Center. Plenty of posts saying OKR bloody jam can't be stayed.
Now I interest on SEH/EM and i see the same kind of comment.
Can you please recommend some good/potential area for staying which you think better than SEH? I'll go to have a look.

I first bought my house at puchong about long time ago. Ppl laugh at me.Why bought here as there were nothing. But now ppl said you good lah.. having house at the centre of puchong. So convenient. Left got giant. Right got ioi mall. Front got setia walk.. back got.... last time ulu ulu ... now golden place...

Haha, I was too young to see puchong 10 yrs ago. I guess it doesn't really a problem. I can observe Semenyih nowadays and compare it after 10 yrs .

Promote a property also with some proofs mah..  TCSS once a while is okay, if too frequent without any facts really annoying loh..

Lol... absolutely correct... That's the reason I lost my chance on bandar puteri Puchong, when they are still up for sale around 400k ++ 7 years ago ...     

If you look back at the Bandar Puteri Puchong thread, there are also many condaming BBP not worth for that price.

Now 400k ++ also can't buy a decent service apartment in puchong already...
