Haha, I was too young to see puchong 10 yrs ago. I guess it doesn't really a problem. I can observe Semenyih nowadays and compare it after 10 yrs happy.gif.

I first bought my house at puchong about long time ago. Ppl laugh at me.Why bought here as there were nothing. But now ppl said you good lah.. having house at the centre of puchong. So convenient. Left got giant. Right got ioi mall. Front got setia walk.. back got.... last time ulu ulu ... now golden place...

Whereas SPS (at least the previous SPS management) have delivered what they had promised before (see their previous projects...)
Why want to kakacaucau other's people thread (I'm not referring to you, ok ?), like I've always said.....make 100 friends definitely better than make 1 single enemy !
Perhaps, certain people can't afford to buy property at the moment......don't despair....work hard !
Who knows maybe 5 years or 10 years down the road you can afford a bungalow.....nobody know, right ?
But there's no shortcut, WORK WORK WORK !

Promote a property also with some proofs mah.. TCSS once a while is okay, if too frequent without any facts really annoying loh..

Who want to come to a thread with only TCSS without any useful info and proof one? Better go to Kopitiam..

Lol... absolutely correct... That's the reason I lost my chance on bandar puteri Puchong, when they are still up for sale around 400k ++ 7 years ago ... mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif

If you look back at the Bandar Puteri Puchong thread, there are also many condaming BBP not worth for that price.

Now 400k ++ also can't buy a decent service apartment in puchong already... doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif
