Serini walking distance to big Melawati Mall. Future will be quite happening.

2 size design, was told the size same like Serini unit. Can go through Gombak /melati / TARUC alternative road to bypass MRR2 n exit. Future will have KLORR highway. KL east Veo walk to Gombak lrt nearer abt 10 mins.
Serini can walk to Wangsa Maju & Melati lrt .. both oso quite far about 30 mins I think Melati is nearer abit than wangsa maju lrt. Too bad the distance for both also quite far from the LRT stations but if the distance is nearer, SDP would have price it higher then?
SDP will be launching Cantara in Sept this year after Raya, around 700+psft but high density of 888 units compared to Quarza and Serini. |
