SA proposed a 633sft unit in Serini to me, around 511K after 9% rebate at 23A floor, not sure whtr it's a good buy? What I dislike is the small units are all very near the lift.

Serini walking distance to big Melawati Mall. Future will be quite happening.
A lot office and shops nearby also...
High floor facing green & quartz view will be nice.

Quarza Residence more towards lifestyle & luxury living.. different concept.
Pricing also maybe slightly higher

Serinin for me is already very expensive, if Quarza is priced higher I dont think I will consider it, unless the units are located further away from the lift.

I have this phobia about Serini & Quarza because both are only accessible via MRR II only and this highway is always jammed up during peak hours.

Quarza residence entry unit low floor should be around 500k also.
2 size design, was told the size same like Serini unit.

Can go through Gombak /melati / TARUC alternative road to bypass MRR2 n exit.

Future will have KLORR highway.

For residents working in Shah Alam/Puchong/Subang/Klang, MRR II is the nearest way right to go to Quarza & Serini?

I wonder why KESAS towards Klang the traffic is smooth but the opposite direction ie MRR II it is jammed up like mad?

I take lrt usually.

MRRII can link 2 duke highway. can go IU the curve quite fast.

Any info on when SDP is launching Quarza bro?

Nt sure of the distance to LRT bro as I have not been to the site. Can go see Serini's show unit bro and ask SA's advice on which one is a better buy!

SA told me they have a 633sft nett price around 511K (around 807psft- after deducting 4% Prime silver card discount + 5% discount) facing East at level 23A Serini - a good buy for you bro? 23A is a very high floor so will have good view if not blocked.

Can walk but quite far.. about 30 mins+.
Cross main road walk to TAR den walk further down to Melati LRT

Heard its not safe to walk coz theres some crime cases ppl kena robbed.

yes .. walking distance from kl east sales gallery to melati lrt.. less than 750m

how about serini, melawati?

KL east Veo walk to Gombak lrt nearer abt 10 mins.

Serini can walk to Wangsa Maju & Melati lrt .. both oso quite far about 30 mins I think
Melati is nearer abit than wangsa maju lrt.

Too bad the distance for both also quite far from the LRT stations but if the distance is nearer, SDP would have price it higher then?

SDP will be launching Cantara in Sept this year after Raya, around 700+psft but high density of 888 units compared to Quarza and Serini.
