Quarza Residence - KL East

The residence tower will be located on top of the Quarza Mall in KL East. It will be the SD next development to be launched after VEO there. Target launch date will be First Quarter 2015 and it could be as early as Jan 2015.

Three types: 650 sq ft (studio) , 850 and 862 sq ft (two rooms).

Freehold commercial title land.

Indicative price: 750 psf.

I didnt get veo or serini bro. Mine was the old development 3 residen. Long time ago...

nice.. 3 residen subsale still quite cheap.. how's ur unit? easy to find a tenant? I heard Ampang hilir/ampang side has the highest vacancy rate biggrin.gif

Price is picking up due to all the new launches. Mine the biggest unit rent out to Indonesian oil n gas expat...can survive abit coz tenancy is with the company. Not sure about the vacancy in Ampang or ampang hilir though.

wah u must have furnished ur unit with good furniture or I.D.

Congrats, but I'm usually more skeptical about the biggest unit in any condo.. rather buy mid sized units.. i think the current trend are 2 bedders or small <500sqft studios/1 bedders and not solely studios in the past.

Small unit 1+1 only left 2 unit highest floor.
other medium n big unit still available.

Sales 4 rm1million+ unit abit slow...

Nice! Better look at other Sime darby props rather than invest too much into 1 area.
