Went to the special promotion weekend at the ridge. They are offering tons of benefits and high discount. A total rebate of 156k + free furnitures + freehold. I’m seriously considering. But it’ll take sometime for the value to grew. Will need 3-5 years holding power.

KL East Mall might be a booster for this project.
However, the nearby area still require upgrade in order to rent at good price.. own stay is good. |
