Just received news that new project on the way.

Location: Bukit Jalil (Next to current Exsim project)
2 Types:

Type 1: Affordable housing
Type 2: Normal Condo

Size: 850sf-1000sf

Price: Range of RM300K - RM450K

Launching soon (end of december or early 2015)

Got map to show the exact the property locate?

Sandwish between KR, ZR, OUG, Rainz....how can fight with OUG Parklane. then the shop lot that very valuable..since not with Density ppl to shop , dine and service...

Grocesry will get a good business leh; laundary., and handyman shop(electrical and plumping)

The site is visible along KESAS. Say you are coming from Sri Petaling, once you passed by Z Residence you will see a land already fenced up before the petrol stations. That's the project site.

Very interesting! But that area already has Bukit Oug condo which is quite lousy. But now already improved alot and the price also quite up there.

Not sure how accurate is it, news is that one block is cheaper and low cost, about 300k, but near to HTC. Whereas the other 2 are mid price condo at 450k. Each block 400+ units.

Hmmmmm... Worth to go?

I've received the detailed info/procedure and confirmed price for Bukit Jalil Affordable Housing.

But I am not allowed to post it up here yet.

Glad to tell you all this condo will be launched early next year rclxms.gif

As for the normal condo with 400+ units,
I've manage to reserve one for myself. But details are not confirmed yet. Developer is still working out on packages and what not.

Stated there "Pemohon isi rumah tidak memiliki sebarang rumah kediaman di Wilayah Persekutuan"

So it's first house in Federal Territory. Even if you already have a house in FT, if you wish to upgrade you can do so with approval from respective authority. Provided is upgrade, means the existing house have to be smaller in size.

Do note that for this project in Bukit Jalil, there are 2 types of condos offered. Half of the projects fall under RUMAWIP scheme while another half is open to everyone, with no restrictions.

Wait 10 years is for the RUMAWIP I believe. I think the RM400+K for 1000sf is alot cheaper i guess. And alot lower density. The only drawback is the longer distance to universities.

There is no better or worse investment, depends on what's your investment objective. Everyone has their own investment objectives & risk appetite, different projects satisfy different people.

p/s: 10 years non-transferrable is only applicatble for RUMAWIP, the 4xxk units are not affected.

Hi everyone, heard they are expecting to launch on the 15th January. Price will be around RM450 for 1000+ sq ft. Affordable condo scheme at RM300K for about 850 sq ft.

Podium has loadsa water features. Scaled model apparently is up (haven't seen it yet either)

Was told 30/70... Yesterday quite a lot visitors... seems like selling quite fast... I think the bumi unit will release as I don't see single bumi there, but it may be selling @ higher price later on... You guys who interest should pay a visit instead of waiting for answer here... smile.gif

Is the gov block of Park Hill kind of affordable home program ?

300 k is not cheap at all few years back, and after few years, salary not increased much, but pricing of houses and condo double or more, why ?
