Exsim project @ bukit Jalil is in between KR and ZR. Infront is Bukit OUG and behind is Kesas..got land ?

7 Acres apparently. My relative is involved in the construction of the project.
Price is quite reasonable, considering the distance to the new LRT station.

I also planning to buy one for myself

everytime i hear a new BJ project near Rainz, i struggle to find the location on wikimapia..

One only ? Maybe at least one floor ....

Sandwish between KR, ZR, OUG, Rainz....how can fight with OUG Parklane. then the shop lot that very valuable..since not with Density ppl to shop , dine and service...

good news for us

The site is visible along KESAS. Say you are coming from Sri Petaling, once you passed by Z Residence you will see a land already fenced up before the petrol stations. That's the project site.

Should be bad news since low cost

Income must be at a certain level, cannot rent/sell for 10 years i think.

But my relatives said can get loan 110%. Don't know how true is this

affordable housing should be apartment not condo. the maintenance for condo will make it unaffordable for middle income

i always dream that bukit jalil will be the next mont jalil. i think it's time for me to wake up now... gov will not build affordable home in mont kiara.

Not sure how accurate is it, news is that one block is cheaper and low cost, about 300k, but near to HTC. Whereas the other 2 are mid price condo at 450k. Each block 400+ units.
