Just a honest review, this building is not suitable for investment.

It is just for own stay. At this price point you can get better deals.

If you are thinking of buying, just keep in mind for own stay as this building is not walking distance to mrt anyways

There is no nearby shops and everything you need a car to drive. No car ๐Ÿš—= kematian

Maintainance fee will kill the chicken not the egg ๐Ÿ˜†

Assuming the defaulter taking 90% loan = 560k (10% is rebate from developer).
He just lost 200k in the above transaction.

What he said is true, you have to risk your life if you want to walk to the mrt station at the opposite of condo, the road is always busy, there is the main road for sg long residents to go out to KL, not proper walkway. The next nearer station is Bukit dukung, but must drive also, and parking full before 715. Good thing is you can see PM's convoy during morning and evening, haha

although shuttle bus is provided. Heard some time might break down. And there is very inconvenient, need to drive out make U turn to go to SG long or BMC.

My uncle still hold his unit, rent out 1.6k, while instalment plus other fee total abt 2.5-2.8k

He bought with 500k ++, last year check with agent, the agent ask him better just keep, since his loan is 80k higher than the mkt value.

Gross rental yield is 1.6 ร— 12 รท 500 ร— 100 = 3.84%
Rental is (1.6 รท 2.5 x 100) = 66% of the installment.
