Surprisingly the fully furnish studio unit (all unit come identical furnish by the developer) much easier to rent out compare to basic unit 3 bedroom size.
Not sure the reason why.

Just to update, 2 units (3 bedroom type) grab by people at reserve price of 405k.
Smart buyer enter and won unchallenged before further price drop to below 400k and will attract other interested bidders.

What are the differences between Landmark 1 and Landmark 2? Is one more upscale than the other?

I read that Landmark 2 was finished in 2015, while Landmark 1 in 2019. Is that correct? It seems odd.

Also, is it feasible/safe to walk to the MRT, given that it's close (500m)?

I moved here from overseas and looking at this complex to rent a 3BR apartment. Thanks for any info.

No different between Landmark 1 or 2. Both also come with combination of studio size unit (all fully furnish) and bigger 3 bedder 1162sqft unit.
Nope. The VP completion is not as long as 4 years gap apart.
Not feasible to walk to the MRT station. Only 500 meter away but no actual pedestrian walkway. Unless you willing to walk by the main highway which is dangerous. Instead, resident will take the MRT bus towards the further down station.
