Just a honest review, this building is not suitable for investment.

It is just for own stay. At this price point you can get better deals.

If you are thinking of buying, just keep in mind for own stay as this building is not walking distance to mrt anyways

There is no nearby shops and everything you need a car to drive. No car 🚗= kematian

Maintainance fee will kill the chicken not the egg 😆

Size 1162sqft launching price 560k nett (after 10% discount).

Assuming the defaulter taking 90% loan = 560k (10% is rebate from developer).
He just lost 200k in the above transaction.

I know a guy bought dunno a studio or 1 room unit there for 340k, now same price as 3 bedrooms unit
