The funny thing is studio unit here also renting at the same price. All studio come fully furnish from the developer.

Studio unit bought at 300k.
3 bedroom unit bought at 5xxk.

Does not make sense.

cheras market is a weird cases... mainly most of the 1-2 rooms unit performing better than 3 rooms above in rental market... reason being alot 3 rooms unit hardly will be fully furnished... and in cheras... if wanna rent a 3 rooms unit for staying... many will just opt to purchase a property... the only good thing about 3 rooms unit here is exit point... more buyers will prefer 3 rooms unit at subsales level...

I think because family users will buy instead of rent.
Tenant who rent = single or with partner only.
So smallest size is what they need.

Yes and is to the further down MRT station @ Bukit Dukung.
MRT Feeder Bus T453
But there is no actual bus stop or bus stand at here. Not sure whether the bus will stop or not if you hail by the road side.
With actual bus stand need to walk further in towards Institut Pengurusan Veterinar. (200 meter away).
