yup if its for a 280k SOHO then i think feasible cuz the subsales all are over 500k. But if for the service apartment i think will need to take some time to sell since these group of buyers can choose from landed subsales or new service apartment.

this project is going to kill the traffic coming out from sg long when cars coming out, if you look at the entrance to the apartment...so narrow and small.

that is why they propose a new access to highway. But propose doesn't mean approval....haha

The proposed h/w is from KL to the apartment, not going out to KL.
If you come from balakong, sg long, cheras mahkota...u are not using the proposed h/w.
