that one 2 years back ma .. price keep increasing only especially these 2 years .. later i think future gen very hard to own a home even if its a shoebox type ...

no idea ... cuz no real details disclosed yet. I think might be pre launching by units reimbursed to the land owner or some sort cuz last time SS also got such ordeal.

Yes... visited the sales office. No much info too, other info can found in this thread. Floor layout same like silk sky.

this project is going to kill the traffic coming out from sg long when cars coming out, if you look at the entrance to the apartment...so narrow and small.

that is why they propose a new access to highway. But propose doesn't mean approval....haha brows.gif

The proposed h/w is from KL to the apartment, not going out to KL.
If you come from balakong, sg long, cheras mahkota...u are not using the proposed h/w.
