But a bit expansive la, SOHO around RM380K after discount (SNP 400K) and 500++ sqft is bigger then landmark la, but look like smaller bc got balcony~ and maintenance fees RM180 per month~

Good is next MRT parking station lo, 200M only and got walk way cover also but landmark 2 I purchase is RM290K after discount~ so different 80K too much for me~
